Bonaparte Lake is the largest lake on the Bonaparte Plateau ... the lake is deep
enough for the water temps to stay cool during the summer, which keeps the
fishing activity during the warm sluggish months... there are a number of
resorts on this lake, as well as a forest service site with cartop launch and
camping... Rainbow Trout up to 10 lbs, and small Kokanee... this lake is best
suited for trolling.
